Executive Summary
Comunicare is a project that dates well before 2017. Comunicare is a Belgian startup that improves communication between the medical team and the patient. It enables the medical team to better formalize communication, to give the same information to all patients. Comunicare gives the patient a tool that accompanies and provides him the possibility to tell the medical team how he lives his disease (breast cancer, ENT (Ear, Nose and Throat), multiple myeloma, heart failure, complex hypertension, COPD). The app offers multimedia information, texts, graphics and videos.
