Executive Summary
Oncomfort is a Belgian DTx (digital therapy) that combines virtual reality and hypnosis to allow the distraction or digital sedation of patients during medical or surgical procedures. The Sedakit™ solution includes a smartphone, virtual reality goggles and a headset. A series of clinical studies have demonstrated the effectiveness of Oncomfort in various fields such as oncology or gastroenterology for example. The company continues to extend its product portfolio by offering new environments and modules. Oncomfort aims to expand at the European level and then internationally in the near future (starting in 2021).
