The solution

3SHomeCare solution is developped by Intersysto. The 3 “S” stand for “Santé”, “Services” and “Sécurité” (“Health”, “Services” and “Security”). It consists of a home liaison diary, accessible by the patient, healthcare professionals, social workers, and family members.  

3SHomeCare is a web-based app that enforces the communication between all the team members that work towards the patient well-being and recovery. 3SHomeCare is a coordination tool already used in several care facilities in Belgium (notably in the Province of Luxembourg) and abroad (hospitals in Dubai).

  • Secure identification (RFID technology, eID,…) 
  • IoT management (thermometer, oximeter, tensiometer, scale) 
  • Agenda (visits)  
  • Reminders (vital parameters, treatment, questionnaires to complete)
